Addalaf — Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy · Effective October 8, 2026

This policy applies to consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada law, that Heartful Robots LLC collects through Addalaf.

What we collect. Any health information you choose to write in your boundary profile or talks, for example an illness, a diagnosis or a mental-health condition you want Addalaf to avoid joking about.

Where it comes from. Only from you.

How we use it. Only to avoid that topic when writing joke suggestions you ask for.

Who we share it with. Our service providers, under contract: Anthropic or Google (write suggestions), Supabase (database), Railway (hosting). We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone else unless you tell us to or the law requires it.

Your rights. You can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see it, see the list of third parties we've shared it with, withdraw consent, and have it deleted, including from our backups and our providers. Email support@addalaf.com. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General.
